We are looking for a Europe Customer Development Manager (CDM) to join our team and provide top-notch support to our international regional teams across the world selling our ProSkin portfolio to local distributors .  

The Europe CDM is responsible for developing the EltaMD and PCASkin with our distributors in Europe, developing the existing network of 11 countries for PCASkin and supporting the introduction of the EltaMD brand in the UK, Ireland, Nordics and Italy. This role includes providing operational support to the existing distributors, identifying the best partners for our expansion, negotiating with them 3 Years plans and tracking the delivery of those plans.

 

The Europe CDM interacts with the Global Brand Development Managers  to ensure that our distributors have the right Brand information and tools to expand the brand awareness and brand penetration.

 

This individual has a strong attention to detail and enjoys working with multifunctional and multicultural teams,  providing solutions to sustain high growth markets. 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze the european market, understand the competitive landscape, and identify new business opportunities and synergies for PCASkin and EltaMD

  • Select the right Distributor for the right brand to develop a given country

  • Oversee the activities and performance of all each distributor, provide monthly reporting, including:

    • Setting the right price flow

    • Negotiating the 3 years NS target

    • Piloting and controlling the A&P budget at granular level with distributor

    • Tracking the Sales evolution and creating adhoc support plans

    • Tracking the channel strategy to extend brand distribution

  • Maintain excellent service and sales support to build and maintain strong long term relationships with Distributors / the Profession local key influencers / E-Retailers 

  • Coach, develop and motivate distributors and their sales team (Sales objectives, Planning management, Training)

  • Execute Trade Marketing plan and give recommendation based on field experience

  • Be responsible for the Net Sales of your territory

  • Ensure Profitability of your territory

  • Negotiate Contracts, price structures, A&P, terms and conditions,

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of work experience in a BtoB sales role including international experience in Distributor markets.

  • Results oriented

  • Strong communication skills & understanding of indirect trade 

  • Fluent English

  • Microsoft systems experience

  • Savvy negotiator

  • Numbers oriented

  • Ready to travel frequently 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA

  • Prior working experience in the skincare / medical / aesthetic industry

  • Additional European languages are a plus

  • Marketing experience is a plus
