Reportant au Responsable Marketing International Filorga, vous êtes responsable de l’innovation et de la gestion 360 de vos gammes de produits Filorga à l'international.

 

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

  • Elaborer les plans marketing des futurs lancement produits sur les 3 prochaines années
  • Analyser des tendances et Identifier des opportunités de marché
  • Imaginer et rédiger des concepts innovants reposant sur des insights forts
  • Gérer le développement produit de sa conception jusqu’à sa mise sur le marché
  • Développer le contenu produit en coordination 360 avec tous les métiers supports (Presse, Studio, trade marketing, digital…)
  • Suivre les performances quantitatives et qualitatives des lancements et de ses franchises actuelles
  • Présenter les projets lors de séminaires marketing internationaux aux filiales pays
  • Assurer la communication interne avec les différents services
  • Manager un(e) stagiaire et assurer sa montée en compétence

  • 4 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire en cosmétiques
  • Expérience en innovation
  • Expérience managériale de stagiaire
  • Anglais écrit et parlé courant
  • Expérience internationale un grand plus
