As a Senior Financial Analyst your primary responsibility will be the coordination, support, and analysis for all aspects of the business group(s) you support. Activities include but are not limited to supporting the NVO spend (plan and actuals) for Division Headquarter teams, leading the Global consolidation of NVOs and Headcount, providing financial oversight of Division Headquarter capital projects, and assisting with the financial close and reporting processes.

What you'll do
- Oversee the planning and actuals of non-variable overhead (NVO) spending for Global teams across multiple departments, including Marketing, Customer Development, Vet Affairs, HR, Facilities, Legal, Finance, Executives, and IT.
- Track, analyze, and assist in the management of NVO spending, including calculating and reconciling salary & benefit estimates, and payroll postings. Conduct monthly and quarterly close activities and reporting.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial estimates and lead the global consolidation of NVOs and headcount. Prepare Division HQ and Global Headcount charts and manage Division HQ capital projects and reconciliations.
- Track, analyze, and close capital spend projects; prepare Division HQ depreciation schedules; review fixed asset reconciliations for internal control oversight; and handle preparation of various financial exhibits & presentations.
- Prepare monthly journal entries, assist with reporting financial results to senior leadership, and support the annual SOX process along with other internal control requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring comprehensive financial oversight and support across various global and divisional levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of diversified Finance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate Degree or CPA
- International and Domestic Finance experience
- SAP proficiency
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $74,400.00 - $104,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
