The Director Network Operations - Innovation is responsible for strategic and operational leadership of the company's supply chain operations, focusing on optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of current operations and the integration of new technology and new business opportunities. This role involves integration of logistics, inventory management, and the distribution network to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. This includes managing cross functional supply chain relationships and coordinating operational initiatives and problem solving processes to ensure network success.
Responsibilities:

Drive innovation in logistics and supply chain processes, focusing on service, process, technology and cost management

Develops strategies and arrangements to ensure seamless implementation of network expansion and changes

Implement best practices and technologies

Leads integration and develops a collaborative environment with Manufacturing, Warehousing, Transportation, Logistics Planning, Finance, IT, and Customer Service Organization on logistics related tasks, procedures and implementations

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with third party providers while ensuring performance compliance with defined KPI’s

Leads the process for third-party Logistics contracts to support strategies

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards to maintain product integrity

Leads and executes implementation of required technology improvements – EDI, 3PL WMS systems, DWM, etc.

Supports International Logistics needs, including special projects, as required
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree
-
Proven experience in a senior supply chain leadership role
-
10+ years Logistics Operations (Warehousing, Transportation, Planning)
-
Experience in managing multiple site distribution network
-
Experience managing third party providers ( contracting experience a plus)
-
Ability to travel to facilities
Preferred Qualifications:

PC Skills: Excel and Word; Google Tools - Sheets, Docs, Slides.

Knowledge and experience with SAP or similar software

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent performance/project management skills

Highly motivated with strong leadership and negotiation skills

Strong business/financial management skills
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
