Hill’s pet parent and veterinary ecosystems are rapidly evolving in our increasingly digital world. As the leading division at Colgate Palmolive for both digital and eCommerce, Hill’s needs to continue to strengthen our digital ecosystems to be available when and how pet parents and VHCT (veterinary health care teams) are looking and engaging with us. 

 

Hill’s Pet Nutrition is on the lookout for a meticulous and strategic Digital Project Manager to support our Digital Transformation team in steering our content creation process. As a key member of our team, your role and cross-functional partnership will be instrumental in shaping Hill’s digital presence and driving engagement with our audience through high-quality, optimized content that aligns with strategic objectives, brand guidelines and helps ensure global accuracy.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with Strategic Creative Services and the Digital Engagement Lead coordinate content requests and fulfillment of those requests in a timely manner
  • Supervise agency ticketing process to ensure timely content delivery across digital channels, including social media, website and CRM
  • Participate in quarterly strategic alignment meetings with our brand agency partner to synchronize on upcoming content priorities
  • Lead monthly kick-off calls with our brand agency partner, leveraging content plans to brief the team on upcoming activations and delegate tasks between Hill’s Strategic Creative Services team and the agency creative team
  • Conduct weekly calls with the brand agency to oversee workload and prioritize tasks in line with business objectives
  • Facilitate daily stand-up calls with the brand agency to ensure that their creative teams are on track with asset creation
  • Provide regular updates to Digital Engagement Lead and identified stakeholders regarding ticket progress, velocity and approval timings
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and the Strategic Creative Services lead to prioritize ad-hoc user experience (UX) and creative requests
  • Support the Digital Engagement Lead in guiding new and revised article content through the necessary processes, including SEO approval and governance
  • Oversee the maintenance of the HillsPet.com article repository, guaranteeing up-to-date and accurate visibility for updated & new content and removal of decommissioned content.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital project management, with a strong emphasis on content and SEO
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems
  • Experience managing agency relationships and content approval processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to clearly convey complex information
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience working with agile processes and teams

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $81,200.00 - $114,000.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
  • Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements
  • Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually
  • Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually
  • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year
  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
