  • Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to GMP, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Good Documentation Practices; manage non-conformities, Change Management (MOC), and effectively complete CAPAs.

  • Factory Performance (FP&R): Drive continuous improvement using data analytics (OPERA, Tableau) to identify losses, facilitate shift handover meetings, and ensure the 5S and Visual Workplace (VW) standards are consistently maintained.

  • Maintenance Coordination: Partner with the maintenance team to ensure the execution of planned maintenance schedules and provide support to resolve equipment issues promptly.

  • Operational Excellence: Implement standard work procedures and drive the "FEED" supply chain focus to increase agility and reduce material losses across the production line.

  • Problem Solving: Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methods to eliminate operational barriers.

  • Planning Insight: Understanding of the master planning process and how it translates into daily plant production schedules.
