The Experience:
In today’s rapidly evolving retail environment, eCommerce has quickly become a top growth priority and at Colgate Palmolive, we are excited by the challenges this dynamic space brings. Our dedicated eCommerce team is full of passionate crossfunctionals and we are seeking individuals with the same energy, diligence and positivity who can help us lead change for our business.

As the eCommerce Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the Colgate eCommerce business forward including responsibility for the following areas of the business:

  • Drive significant & sustainable business growth, managing a host of commercial levers to grow the North American eCommerce portfolio
  • Own the Amazon Media strategy including all programmatic/AMG & creative strategy
  • Partner with our Integrated Brand Experience team to drive a full-funnel approach to our marketing efforts, maximizing all levers in the user journey
  • Partner with our Search team to maximize visibility on Amazon & other key channels, prioritizing organic improvements of our product portfolio
  • Leverage data to make informed, performance-based marketing recommendations to optimize our efforts across channels & tactics
  • Lead agency relationship across eMedia & Marketing efforts as well as content & creative development

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 7+ years prior experience within marketing or sales including eCommerce or DTC
  • Digital Marketing expertise with demonstrated understanding of how to use marketing levers to drive commercial growth
  • Demonstrated creativity, curiosity, and strategic thinking skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
  • High level of initiative, assertiveness and self-direction
