Job Summary:

The Workforce Analytics & Campus Relations Lead informs insights, decision making and planning through predictive and descriptive HR and business data analysis, interpretation and effective communication and reporting.

 


Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

 

HR Analytics and Insights

  • Identify and gather data on workforce, business and external HR and business trends
  • Partner with CoHREs (Center of HR Excellence) and business leaders to undertake descriptive and predictive analyses, interpretation and action planning on specific business topics
  • Share insights and findings about emerging human capital and organization effectiveness trends with COHREs and business leaders
  • Build and maintain standardized scorecards on topics relevant to the organization supported
  • Proactively prepare and present analysis and interpretation of data on topics of importance to the business (e.g., analytics about trends, benchmarking, key human capital topics)
  • Analyze and interpret workforce and business data to identify workforce trends across the organization
  • Translate and present complex analytics into readily understandable, practical and actionable insights
  • Deliver clear and easy to understand presentations for key stakeholders

 

Workforce Budgeting and Planning

  • Lead workforce budgeting and planning process for staffing, succession planning and salary cycles (including Headcount) in collaboration with the Compensation CoHRE
  • In partnership with Finance, proactively look for efficiencies and make recommendations
  • Design and deliver agile and flexible ad-hoc and recurring analytics to answer key workforce and other strategic questions in partnership with business leaders, HR partners or third-parties (e.g., Unions, Governments)
  • Formulate actionable insights and recommendations
  • Deliver clear and easy to understand presentations for key stakeholders

 

Continuous Improvement Partner with the CoHREs to:

  • Support continued data integrity aligned with practices established by the HR Operations CoHRE
  • Leverage, improve and develop tools, methods and models to support analytics on-the-ground
  • Exchange best practices and methods used successfully
  • Make recommendations for automation, simplification and process improvements

 

Campus Relations

  • Define and regularly review the list of target school for graduate and undergraduate recruitment aligning
  • academic offerings and business needs
  • Define, manage and activate school partnerships to increase the Company's share of invoice among the students within budget guidelines
  • Coordinate participation and needs gathering with HR Business partners
  • Student Communication and Digital Engagement
  • Define and activate communication tools and messages with students in line with business needs and talent management strategy

Basic Education/ Experience Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of workplace data analysis or workforce planning experience
  • Experience partnering with business leaders
  • Experience with HR practices and programs in one or more HR Specialty Area (Compensation, Benefits, People Relations, People Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Analytics, Organization Development/Design)
  • Preferred experience in working with a global organization
  • Knowledge of company adopted software tools including SAP, SuccessFactors, Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Tableau, SQL, R/Python or comparable data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of HR policies, practices and programs
  • Skilled in workforce planning
  • Skilled in interpersonal, group and organization dynamics

 


Preferred Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to analyzing and reporting data (Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, etc.) 
  • Advanced degree preferred in an analytics related area
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or consumer products industry preferred
