Job Summary

The University Recruitment & Employment Branding Lead is responsible for the management and execution of university programs (graduate & undergraduate) for the entire North America division. This position reports into the HR Director NA Marketing and Consumer Experience & Growth (CX&G). The ideal candidate will own how we connect, engage, and assess external schools and diversity associations aligned to Colgate’s purpose and values. Additionally, this role is accountable for owning the external brand and experience with external talent.


Essential Functions

● In partnership with internal stakeholders, define the NA’s recruitment strategy for connecting and engaging with top graduate/undergraduate talent.
● Equip our Colgate leaders with the tools to successfully identify, assess, and engage with top talent.
● Build and sustain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders, career services, diversity groups, alumni networks, and organizations to support Colgate’s university recruitment program.
● Represent Colgate and its purpose/values internally and externally as a top talent attractor for programs sitting with Colgate’s NA Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain functions.
● Ensuring NA’s leaders are visible and engaging with talent externally via social media, conferences, etc.
● Manage the design and implementation of recruitment processes and deliverables for campus and diversity hiring.
● Lead the coordination of targeted engagement activities inclusive of vendor and supply management aligned to these events
● Serve as a point of contact for students throughout the recruitment cycle, overseeing execution of all candidate engagement events and activities.
● Serve as subject matter expert for contemporary approaches to development programs and recruitment
● Define the standard metrics and goals for the programs. Ensure successful rollouts and or recommendations to continue to evolve our programs.
● Partner on various HR initiatives and special projects aligned to business priorities and/or the NA talent strategy


Required Qualifications

● Bachelor's Degree
● 4+ years of HR experience; talent acquisition or BP experience preferred
● Strong program and project management skills
● Passion for creating inclusive and equitable opportunities where talent can grow and thrive
● Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals at all levels of the organization
● Excellent communicator (written and verbal) and Listener
● Proactive leader who has a sharp eye for detail.
