Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Campus

As a member of Colgate's Talent Acquisition Center of HR excellence, you will play a leading role in the development and execution of core processes and content in support of our US-based student hiring efforts and strategy. You will facilitate connectivity across our US Campus leads to foster better coordination, sharing and key takeaways. In addition, you will analyze our current school footprint and present data-driven recommendations for the future campus roadmap and plan. This position will report into our TA Lead who leads our Diversity Talent Acquisition and Attraction & Engagement efforts and this work will also be an area for support and development for the new TA Specialist
Please review some of the daily accountabilities for this role below:
- Enhance our Colgate Campus Playbook based on feedback from the campus leads
- Centralize all data related to our US student hiring efforts and work with People Analytics to build a meaningful dashboard to accurately reflect key insights and recommendations to drive return on investment.
- Create requisitions and offer letters for internship positions
- Handle university relationships across all functions
- Coordinate, schedule and sign up to attend career fairs
- Help to coordinate campus collateral and product bags for career fairs and new hires
- Work with Compensation to align on yearly intern rates
- Help to schedule interviews and ensure accurate and timely candidate communication
- Create and update interview materials
- Coordinate IT support for our internship program and weekly summer internship lecture series and events
- Build and launch annual kick-off and end of summer surveys
- Plan and host summer internship orientation across US intern hires
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of prior Talent Acquisition work experience within another large, matrix organization
- Prior campus recruiting/program experience
- A Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data analysis and findings that may influence the strategic direction of campus/student hiring programs
- Prior experience with SuccessFactors ATS, Handshake
- On-campus recruiting experience at student events, engagement activities etc.

Salary Range $70,400 - $103,950 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive
offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
