The Senior Corporate Communications Specialist plays a critical role in shaping and delivering the company's narrative to key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, investors, and employees. This position is responsible for crafting compelling presentations and impactful live events, including all-employee broadcasts, ensuring clear, engaging, and strategic communication. This role requires a blend of expert presentation design, meticulous project management, and seamless collaboration with senior leadership. Ideal candidate will be resilient, discreet, and adaptable.

What you'll do
Presentation Design & Development:
- Design and create high-impact, polished presentations for Board of Directors meetings (approximately 6 per year), investor meetings, financial analyst conferences, and other key external and internal events.
- Collaborate closely with senior executives, including the CEO, CFO, and Investor Relations, to translate complex information into clear, engaging visuals.
- Ensure all presentations align with brand standards and effectively convey strategic messages.
Content and Event Management, Employee Meetings:
- Develop engaging and informative content for all-employee broadcasts, including presentations, talking points, and supplementary materials.
- Lead end-to-end project management, including agenda planning, venue staging, promotion, and post-event assessment (surveys, etc.).
- Ensure all materials are developed and delivered on schedule.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholder inputs.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism when working with sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of communications experience in a consumer-oriented global and/or media organization OR equivalent.
- Experience developing communication plans that span across strategy, audiences, creative opportunities and measurable KPI’s
- Proven experience managing and delivering communications end-to-end, incorporating feedback, and effectively overseeing deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated fundamental knowledge of company financials.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with maturity and confidence in working with colleagues across all levels of the organization.
- Video production and script writing experience is a plus.
- Strong project manager
- Excels in fast-paced, global settings with creativity, resourcefulness, optimism, and a sense of humor; a self-starter and team player who challenges the status quo.
- Confidently engages senior executives on a routine basis, consistently contributing fresh perspectives.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $83,200.00 - $117,500.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
