Join Colgate-Palmolive, a caring, innovative growth company reimagining a healthier future for people, their pets, and our planet. As our Senior HR Solutions Specialist, you are a key contributor to the architecture of our global 'Candidate-to-Employee' digital journey. Working closely with the Global Project Manager, you will drive the technical execution, implementation, and optimization of our Talent Acquisition (TA) ecosystem, ensuring a frictionless experience for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates alike. From helping to manage our high-traffic Career Site (CSB) to perfecting the SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) flow, you will ensure our technology is a competitive advantage in the global war for talent.

  • Strategic TA Roadmap: Partner with the HR Global Project Manager to translate business talent needs into technical SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0) requirements, ensuring the HR tech stack evolves with our global hiring strategy.
  • Digital Brand & Career Site (CSB): Act as the functional lead for the Global Career Site; collaborate with Corporate Communications to optimize UI/UX, manage landing pages, and ensure a mobile-first, high-conversion candidate experience.
  • Seamless Onboarding Architecture: Own the technical configuration of SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB). Automate the "Day Zero" experience by ensuring a flawless data handoff from the offer stage to Employee Central (EC).
  • Technical Ecosystem & Integrations: Serve as the functional expert for the Talent Acquisition tech stack, managing seamless integrations with Background Check (BGC) and Assessment vendors. You will ensure these third-party tools are deeply integrated into the SuccessFactors workflow to provide a unified experience for recruiters and a frictionless journey for candidates.
  • Quality Assurance & Global Testing: Design and execute rigorous UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and regression testing for all TA modules, ensuring global compliance (GDPR/EEO) and system stability during biannual releases.
  • Change Management & Enablement: Lead system demonstrations for global HR teams and produce high-quality documentation and training to drive recruiter adoption and self-service.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively audit the "Apply-to-Hire" workflow to identify technical bottlenecks, providing data-driven solutions to improve System Adoption Rates and time-to-fill.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
  • 4+ years experience in HR Solutions, HRIS, or similar role for large or global organizations
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Recruiting Management (RCM), Onboarding 2.0, and CSB, including the ability to manage and update Configuration Workbooks.
  • Experience managing third-party TA integrations (Background Checks, Assessments) and ensuring data integrity across the ecosystem.
  • Experience designing and leading end-to-end testing cycles (UAT/Regression) that account for cross-module impacts

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry experience
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics for Career Sites.
  • HRIS implementation consulting or working across multiple SuccessFactors environments
  • Deep understanding of the global recruitment lifecycle and onboarding compliance
  • Familiarity with modern recruitment automation and talent intelligence software
  • Ability to maintain data integrity through system audits and testing to identify and resolve discrepancies before deployment.
  • Strong communicator and strategic "translator" between technical teams and HR stakeholders, simplifying complex system logic into actionable insights and user-friendly documentation
  • Analytical ability to foresee how a configuration change in one module ripples through the global "Candidate-to-Employee" journey.
