The Sr. Analyst, Brand Integration is responsible for using the Voice of the Consumer (VOC) to bring people-centric, actionable insights to the organization. This includes standard and ad hoc VOC reporting to the company finding opportunities to improve the consumer experience and build dedication, and working with Consumer Experience & Growth (CXG) partners to integrate Consumer Affairs data into the well-rounded measure of brand health. In this role, you will implement the brand integration data strategy and build VOC dashboards to modernize our data across the organization, partner with the operations team to analyze and evaluate current operations practices to create optimized best-in-class experience and ensure the ongoing needs of our brands and contact center agents are met (training, knowledge management, changing business needs, Global CRM elements etc.).

 

 

What you will do:

  • Supervise and analyze VOC data to identify actionable insights and opportunities for improved consumer satisfaction
  • Drive innovative ways to increase the actionabilty of the feedback we get from our consumers to improve CX, loyalty and impact on the business
  • Design, develop and maintain sophisticated VOC dashboard solutions applying business intelligence platforms
  • Identify new opportunities for structured data capture from consumer interactions to fuel deeper insights - Work with Brand Integration leader on impactful reporting strategy and Consumer Journey Mapping
  • Collaborate with IT to integrate VOC data across organizational data platforms
  • Partner with team members to integrate Consumer Affairs in strategic planning and briefing sessions
  • Build forums to help Cross Functional teams keep a pulse on their business and the consumer perspective
  • Support integration plan for new businesses and initiatives, collaborate with Marketing and R&D to build interactive product training etc.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ Years in a Data Analyst role
  • Expert level abilities in data analysis/visualization tools (i.e. DOMO, Tableau etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations
  • Excellent communication, effective storytelling skills and business report writing skills

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google suite, Astute Global (Wilke CRS), Astute Agent, Astute Social
  • Experience with contact center operations and customer service standard processes is a plus.

 

 

 

 


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $81,000.00 - $100,000.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
  • Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements
  • Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually
  • Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually
  • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year
  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
