The Incumbent will handle metrics and reporting across the Learning and Talent Acquisition CoE to support growth and strategic alignment with the business. Will build measurement, evaluation, reporting standards, dashboards, and tools that will yield a consistent approach to measurement and craft the overall strategies. Reports to a People Analytics Manager and will participate in ad hoc People Analytics projects.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Partner with the Global Learning and Talent Acquisition teams (and other global partners) to develop measurement and evaluation strategies.

  • Develop creative and valid measures/metrics to assemble and report behavior change as required for different solutions.
  • Collect, prioritize, synthesize, and analyze data, summarize findings, and develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
  • Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to translate analysis into insightful data narratives, customized and standardized reporting.
  • Support data integration in One Model.
  • Utilize Metrics that Matter/Explorance, Google data studio, Google sheets / Microsoft Excel, Tableau, OneModel or similar dashboard technology to produce various reports.
  • Prepare reports/presentations using Google Slides, One Model platform, and other tools, to aid senior management in evidence-based decision making.
  • Work with People Analytics peers to develop predictive models to better understand the driving factors of critical HR and business issues and translate them into forecasting tools
  • Bring insights and standard methodologies to the table.


Responsibilities for Learning

Develop and benchmark key performance indicators for the learning function to position the learning enterprise as an investment that contributes to critical initiatives and overall company growth.

Identify metrics to develop end to end demand planning, execution and recruiting efficiency.

Support crafting and revising learning assessment questions that are valid and produce relevant data to show acquisition of learning.

Collaborate with the team to conduct comprehensive learning needs analysis to facilitate an annual enterprise-wide Global Learning needs assessment, compliance training needs assessment, and customized needs assessments for different projects and audiences as needed.


Responsibilities for Talent Acquisition

Analyze trends in the global business, economy and employment marketplace to identify issues and opportunities for recruitment strategies.

Identify data integrity issues within the applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management systems and other related tools.

Understand diversity recruiting funnel in order to use data to make better decisions.

Education/ Experience Requirements

This role requires a skill set that combines research design, quantitative & qualitative methods, data analysis, relationship management, and storytelling with data.

  • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Information Management etc.) or Master of Science / research degree in related field (data, analytics, statistics, human resources, organization development etc.)
  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience
  • Demonstrated ability in workforce / business analytics utilizing analytics to improve business outcomes or related experience.
  • Experience with: Statistics, Program evaluation, Utility analysis, Survey research, Data acquisition and organization for the purposes of building statistical models
  • Proficiency in a statistical software package(s) (e.g., SAS, SPSS, data query tools, SQL, Python, R) as well as Google applications
  • Project management skills, with ability to balance multiple projects at once
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to tell stories with data and communicate technical subject-matter to a variety of senior audiences. Collaboration, relationship building, and influencing skills
  • Demonstrable knowledge of HR (Not a requirement)
