Our dedicated Integrated Marketing team is full of hardworking cross-functional team members. We are seeking individuals with the same energy, diligence and positivity who can help us lead growth for our business. The position of Manager, Media will play an important role in the creation of our Tom’s of Maine / Hello North America (US & Canada) paid media strategy via an insights-driven approach that encourages innovation. The main  responsibilities of the role are developing, implementing and optimizing well-rounded paid media campaigns crafted to deliver against core business objectives. The role will partner closely with Brand Marketers, Insights, Analytics and our Agency Partners. This is an exciting chance to make a significant impact on our marketing efforts and chip in to the growth of our brands.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of comprehensive paid media strategies to promote our brands and products, including objective setting, audience development and channel/tactic/partner selection
  • Work collaboratively across the organization and externally in brand, media, PR/social, insights, analytics, shopper marketing to drive integrated marketing plans across all consumer touchpoints
  • Help identify brand partnerships and activations that are grounded in compelling insights, are culturally relevant and delivery on communication objectives and strategies
  • Lead a Media AOR in the development and execution of paid media plans
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPI’s
  • Leverage data analytics tools to gather insights, supervise key metrics and generate recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
  • Drive media innovation
  • Maintain pulse on marketplace and cultural trends and provide actionable insights and direction; drive thought leadership beyond the day to day
  • Ongoing media budget management and collaboration with our Finance/Operation counterparts

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience within media and/or integrated marketing, agency or client
  • Digital marketing expertise with an understanding of how to use marketing levers to drive commercial growth
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of how to mine insights and apply to media strategies/plans
  • Experience in media analytics, including brand lift, MMM, site analytics, etc.
  • Demonstrated creativity, curiosity and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple (overlapping) workstreams and hard-working teams in a fast-paced environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • High level of initiative, assertiveness and self-direction

 

 

 


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $112,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
  • Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements
  • Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually
  • Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually
  • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year
  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
