The Manager, Digital Commerce NA Marketing, Pure Play is responsible for building brand equity and driving demand at Pure Play retailers through insights led retail media activations. With a people-centric mindset, the Manager, Digital Commerce NA Marketing, Pure Play must deliver overall business goals for both the brands and the retailer by defining, planning and executing strategies that engage shoppers through the full path to purchase across pure play platforms. The position requires consistent cross-functional collaboration with brand marketing, national media, sales, finance and supply chain among others. They are also responsible for efficiently managing our agency partners within the outlined SOW, maximizing allocated budgets and agency resources. Projects managed will have a direct impact on the annual planning process and digital commerce P&L.  

 

As the complexity of the landscape is rapidly evolving, this candidate will need to see through intricate situations to find solutions which drive the most value. This position will also require strong analytical and financial acumen, the ability to manipulate data from multiple sources, and an understanding of how to optimize strategies and executions leveraging performance metrics.

 

What you will do

  • Own the development for the annual strategy for Pure Play retail media activation with cross functional partners
  • Translate business priorities for each pure play platform into specific goals to achieve defined brand objectives
  • Define the media assortment in collaboration with account team
  • Lead annual planning process based on insights and ROI results
  • Set cross-channel investment approach and budgets for alignment, working with cross functional partners to maximize synergies
  • Manage the ongoing communication of activation performance and budget utilization to key stakeholders across the organization
  • Manage agency team partners to plan, execute, optimize plans and deliver insightful and actionable reporting  
  • Set strategy & lead integrated activation planning for Amazon tentoles including full-funnel media planning and activation 
  • Partner with agency to build audience architecture & map products to consumer segments/need states
  • Oversee creative development for Pure Play activations (Media & Merch)
  • Leverage data & analytics to inform optimization 
    • Guide ongoing media optimizations to maximize impact 
    • Provide insights to fuel feedback loop with national media team 
  • Own retail media pure play budget management

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing with a demonstrated knowledge of digital media or eCommerce 
  • Media experience 
  • Superior project management skills
  • Proven track record of data analytics i.e. ability to quickly digest data from numerous sources and deliver insights-into-action through a thorough, comprehensive story
  • Detail oriented, reliable, resourceful and results-driven professional

  • MBA preferred

Salary Range $107,760 - $158,445 USD

 

Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
