This role is responsible to support the Employee Central PMO level in the maintenance and execution of the overall project plan for the Employee Central Implementation. This person will coordinate, maintain and keep track of the project plan, its milestones and deliverables. This role will collaborate with the HR Solutions & GIT organization to ensure that all deliverables and timelines are being met and flag risks early on. 


What you will do

  • Ongoing maintenance of the detailed project plan for the Employee Central implementation in close collaboration with the PMO on the HR and GIT side 
  • Collaboration with workstream/key activity leads to track timing of deliverables and completeness of activities, sending reminders where necessary
  • Weekly tracking versus overall plan and reporting any potential risks 
  • Creating and constant updating/evolving of workstream/activity dashboards 
  • Gain understanding of the deliverables, and understanding assigned tasks, pro-actively ask clarifying question in uncertainty
  • Assists with the day-to-day efficient operation of the project

Functional Competencies

  • Strong project planning experience with project management tools 
  • Strong analytical skills (Google Sheets,Excel, vlookups, queries, smartsheets (preferred))
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree and experience in project management coordination
  • Experience as project team member 
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, communication, analytical, relationship building and teamwork skills required



Salary Range $70,400 - $103,950 USD 


Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
