Are you an MBA student considering a career in brand or general management? Join our 10-week Global Marketing Development intern program for the chance to:

Upon completion of the Internship you can join the Full- Time Global Marketing Development Program. At the end of the full-time program, you will be placed in US Marketing on one of our core teams: Oral Care, Personal Care, or Home Care. The cross-functional experience in the Global Marketing Development Program will give you the tools you need to help manage one of our businesses and will set you on the path to a general management career as well as a variety of other career options. Our practice of promoting from within and rotating brand assignments will further enhance your opportunities within our organization.
 

Full- Time Global Marketing Development Program

Sales Rotation (Based in a CDO location across the U.S)  -   3 months at one of our sales offices

  • Learn how our products are sold to retailers

  • Analyze category, customer and shopper data to maximize commercial effectiveness
     

Global Marketing Rotation- 3 months in a market abroad or with Global Marketing team in NY

  • Learn what it means to run a truly global business

  • Interact with other Colgate people around the globe

  • Build strategic thinking skills as you help manage global brand equities
     

Skill-Building Sprints - 3 months in NY

  • Impactful Brand Experiences Sprint: Partner with external agencies to understand how to drive growth through impactful brand experiences that build our brands and drive demand for our products

  • eCommerce Sprint:  Learn how to drive demand through ecommerce & Direct 2 Consumer 

  • Innovation Sprint: Drive People Centricity and experience Colgate’s innovation process

  • You are a rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a constant thirst for knowledge with a continuous curiosity

  • You are a multitasker who can balance analytics, creativity, and strategic thinking while making quick progress in the rapidly changing business landscape

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program with graduation of Spring 2022
  • Strong analysis/analytics/competence to break down complex problems into parts and translate them into a strategy
  • Can initiate action to execute effectively with speed & quality 
  • Works effectively with marketing and cross functional partners, fostering teamwork 
  • Flexible and adaptable change leader who is resilient, can recover from setbacks, pivot and learn from challenges
  • Curious individual who drive innovations, experimentation & continuous improvement
  • No previous marketing experience required
