It is an exciting time to be a part of the Global Finance Team! We are currently recruiting candidates for the position of Global Finance Commercial Manager. This position will play a critical role in providing financial support and guidance to the Global Digital Organization and Global Customer Development Teams. Specific position responsibilities will include but are not limited to the below areas:
What You'll Do:
Financial support to the GDO - Global Digital Organization and to the GCD - Global Customer Development team:
- Prepare and Manage Budget, LE's and Actuals for both NVO (projects) and Advertising spend;
- Purchase Orders process coordination;
- Ad-hoc support to both Commercial teams to ensure compliance to our Colgate Financial Policies and to assist decisions that drive incremental costs;
- FTG - Funding The Growth initiative coordination
WPP Partnership, financial controls:
- WPP/MSA Governance management: collaborate with the marketing team, indirect procurement team and the WPP Finance partners to ensure the compliance to the Global MSA and align on potential exceptions and corrective actions;
- Lead monthly cross-functional reconciliation meeting between CP and Red Fuse/WPP;
- Support the quarterly finance and scope reconciliation meetings between CP Division Senior Leadership and Red Fuse Leadership;
- Support the definition of the annual bonus parameters and the calculation of the advertising agency bonus worldwide;
- Consolidate the agency annual KPI's and objectives that will drive the evaluation scores for the agency bonus;
- Collaborate with the WPP Finance team to determine, quarterly, the WPP global team fees and determine the allocation to the CP entities;
- Identify solutions to manage international billing issues, funding sources, tax implications and aged WPP payables
Global Commercial finance Guidance:
- Provide guidance on GTN accounting, serving as business intermediate between local Finance and Corporate Financial /Audit groups;
- MDM governance pricing and promotions - Global Champion team;
- S4 implementations: advisory role in setting-up pricing conditions and customer hierarchy;
- Compliance: support HR in the customer compliance training organization efforts to improve the current customer investment processes;
- Coordinate the global efforts of creating an updated and globally standardized set of advertising costs GL accounts
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required; strong preference for Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field;
- CPA/MBA preferred;
- Minimum 7+ years' relevant Accounting/Financial experience required; strongly prefer candidates with relevant experience in a manufacturing/commercial environment;
- Computer literacy required; will work with: MS Office, especially Excel, SAP-BWP

Salary Range $107,760 - $158,445 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
