A Global Ethics & Compliance Specialist supporting a global Ethics & Compliance department handles case triage, intake, and monitoring of Conflicts of Interest (COI) or gifts, often serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries. This role is essential for maintaining a proactive and ethical corporate culture, ensuring that potential misconduct or violations are identified and addressed quickly. 


Core Responsibilities

  • Case Intake & Triage: Serving as the primary global point of contact for the ethics hotline and email intake, you will conduct preliminary risk-based assessments to categorize and triage all incoming reports. 

    • Conduct preliminary assessments during intake to triage and assign matters based on risk, severity, and policy applicability. 

    • Serve as the primary gatekeeper, escalating high-risk matters to investigators or Legal/HR partners while resolving low-risk inquiries with precision.

    • Leverage experience in Employee Relations to provide nuanced triage for workplace conduct matters, ensuring a seamless handoff between HR and E&C.

  • Data Analytics & Actionable Insights: Leverage data analytics to monitor the company’s ethical health and identify emerging risks or systemic gaps. Translate complex data into actionable insights and key performance metrics, providing senior leadership with the strategic visibility needed to drive continuous improvement.

  • Global Disclosure & COI Management Program Oversight: Administer disclosure systems for Conflicts of Interest (COI) and Gifts & Entertainment, making well-reasoned determinations on approval or mitigation strategies.

  • Ethical Culture Steward: Assist in driving a global culture of ethics, integrity, and trust through cross-functional collaboration to develop, administer, and deploy innovative ethics & compliance learning programs, educational & engagement materials and awareness content.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key partners across Legal, Human Resources, Risk Management and Corporate Communications.

  • Digital Transformation: Support the implementation of technological solutions and AI-driven tools to automate and simplify E&C workflows


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 4+ years of experience in Employee Relations (ER), Corporate Ethics, or Legal.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and measuring process data to initiate sustainable business practices.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with GRC platforms like NAVEX or OneTrust.
  • Progressing toward or holding a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) designation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with employees and reporting to senior leadership.
  • A self-motivated, critical thinker who can proactively identify thoughtful, well-reasoned solutions in a fast-paced environment.


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $96,800.00 - $137,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
