We are looking for a Global Brand Experience Manager to join our team and provide top-notch Global Brand content and assets.  The Global Brand Experience Manager is responsible for the development of the Global brand equity, communications, and content toolkits across markets. The Global Brand Experience Manager interacts with the Global Innovation team, International team, Global insights, Commercial teams, Technology/R&D, and agencies. This individual has a strong attention to detail and enjoys providing solutions to professional & consumer needs across the Global markets. 

What you will do
Supporting the consumer:

  • Manage the look, feel, and content of the brand across different consumer touch points globally
  • Development of consumer brand experience content & toolkits, including brand/product campaigns, digital content and product imagery (all platforms, including D2C)
  • Creation and delivery of Product / Ingredient / Tech / Marketing Copy
  • Engage with key Regions (US / China) related to all communication & IMC needs
  • Work closely with global creative & insights agencies to develop world-class campaigns, from overall briefing, validation, and production of communication assets
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and commercial teams to drive the communication strategy and develop break-through consumer-centric executions that maximize business results

Supporting the Profession:

  • Work with Global creative agency to develop / deliver professional content for the brand, physician to patient tools
  • Develop professional content / channel / stakeholder  strategy
  • Develop professional CRM / loyalty strategy
  • Aid in the development of the “Perfect Clinic” (ideal brand showcase), delivering best in class assets to support on the ground execution
  • Create and continually renovate Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) toolkits (B2B and B2B2C)
  • Partner with regions to ensure communications needs are met
  • Work closely with agencies and regions to develop visual brand guidance & toolkit for Global trade shows

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline 
  • 3+ years of work experience in a Marketing role including Brand building
  • Experience in Global brand strategy and equity development/execution
  • Strong understanding of equity content development and agency management


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA
  • Prior working experience in the skin care industry in a large, multi-national company


Salary Range $ 86,400 - $126,840 USD


Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
