In today's dynamic environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the HR Global Benefits Team at Colgate. Our highly energetic and focused team is dedicated to enabling top-in-class benefit programs for our employees in over 100 countries. The Global Benefits Analyst will help ensure that our benefits programs around the world support the organization from a strategic and compliance perspective. 

The ideal candidate is a creative, analytical, strategic & "hands-on" associate that has shown success with completing multinational projects in a fast-paced global matrix reporting environment.
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day responsibilities of our global benefit and wellness programs and vendors such as our Employee Assistance, Global Stock Savings, Insurance Brokerage, multinational pooling, and global benefit administration system. This includes:

    • Effectively collaborating with external vendors on all aspects of program administration, management, issue resolution, and program optimization

    • Partnering with Total Reward managers worldwide and other internal stakeholders to ensure programs are utilized to the fullest potential and are compliant

    • Continually evaluating processes to optimize efficiency and build standardization

    • Maintaining records and documentation of work processes and decisions

  • Support local Total Reward managers around the world with the design, compliance and alignment to Colgate’s benefit philosophy

  • Support ongoing benchmarking efforts to ensure that benefit offerings align with market practice and that costs are managed to optimize the employee and employer value proposition

  • Participate in broader Human Capital initiatives and other benefit projects depending on the workload demands of the team and the skills/interest of the candidate
     

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 3 to 5 years of Human Resources experience ideally in a multinational environment in experience corporate benefits or benefits consulting

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously

  • Analytical skills and experience, including proficiency with data analysis

  • Hands-on approach and willingness to be involved with both strategic development and tactical implementation

  • Ability to collaborate and work in cross functional teams to drive solutions

  • A global mindset while also being in tune with local context and best practice

  • Self-motivated; ability to work on your own with strong follow-through

  • Knowledge of or eagerness to learn Microsoft Excel and Google collaboration tools skills
