As the Director Revenue Growth Management, you will play a critical role in driving the Colgate North America RGM strategy, representing the voice of the customer and field sales within the headquarters commercial processes.  With a deep understanding and knowledge of the NA retail environment and brand strategy, you will drive the strategic direction across assortment, merchandising, pricing and placement needed to support profitable growth.

  • Proactively work with brand, retail marketing, and key customer teams on the development of price / promo strategies that maximize growth and ROI
  • Work closely with cross functional groups including analytics, marketing, and sales, on proactive analysis, monitoring opportunities and risk to continuously optimize the strategy, tactics and execution to deliver against our goals
  • Lead and develop the Revenue Growth capabilities for the customer development teams through customer revenue growth sessions and the development of brand, category and customer specific growth initiatives
  • Responsible for coordinating the Retail Environment and Customer Go To Market  strategies around new item innovation with clear and specific 4P objectives. In partnership with Retail Marketing, deliver clear guidelines across Retail Environments
  • Develop reporting capabilities and insights around CP and competitive pricing and promotion actions to continue to drive revenue growth
  • Lead the negotiation positioning and execution for all pricing initiatives in support of revenue growth initiatives, in partnership with Retail Marketing and Customer Sales teams
  • Coordinate the work streams and resources necessary from retail marketing and commercial teams to deliver and execute the strategic growth initiatives
  • Ensure the customer selling presentations, innovation grids and category stories are connected to the Retail Environment strategies

What you need:

  • At least 5 years' expertise in leading RGM organizations, including a combination of direct management with external partners/vendors.
  • Deep understanding of key RGM methodologies and approaches and a clear understanding of the capabilities and limitations of various techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively build partnerships and influence stakeholders and decision making at all levels of an organization; ability to move from analytics to insights to action, including gaining adoption of his/her team’s recommendations
  • Highly organized, with an ability to juggle multiple projects at any given time without sacrificing quality/nuance
  • Stellar communication skills and executive presence, both in large meetings and day-to-day consults with internal clients and senior executives
  • Demonstrated excellent leadership skills with the ability to turn vision into action, motivate others to achieve goals, and drive change and transformation



Salary Range $172,000 - $253,050 USD

Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
