Summary

 

The Digital Capabilities Associate supports selling teams with new capabilities identification, external benchmarking, and development/implementation across the remote team and broader organization.

 

The Digital Capabilities Associate is the key training resource to help elevate digital capabilities across broader organization.

 

This role can be based anywhere in the continuous US, though easy access to NY office location is strongly preferred.

 

Expected Skills:

 

  • Basic experience in Digital communication/sales, Inside sales and/or eCommerce
  • Analytically strong with a data-driven mindset 
  • Pragmatic and agile mindset, able & willing to work with what’s available (rather than wait for perfect) and constantly adapt to changing realities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company
  • Ability to listen and understand customer needs
  • Must be open minded to learn new marketing trends and digital engagement methods and be able to communicate them in a clear and concise way

 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Supports Remote Selling & Digital Capabilities Manager in collecting customer feedback and determining resulting action plans to improve overall customer satisfaction 
  • Support in implementation of Customer aspects of SAP Marketing Cloud - works cross functionally with Marketing
  • Collaborates closely with Remote Selling Team – occasionally performs virtual customer visits to collect and communicate digital engagement best-practices to continuously improve our overall digital engagement, and specifically the virtual visits
  • Provides group/personalised training to help elevate digital capabilities across broader organization
  • Supports in implementation of professional engagement strategy and coherence across remote selling, eCommerce, CPD and other virtual sales/engagement channels
  • Provide agreed sales reporting & uncovering analytics insights across our Organization in a timely manner 
  • Identifies, present and executes test & learn within the professional digital ecosystem to rapidly improve sales results

 

Basic Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Basic experience in Digital communication/sales, Inside sales and/or eCommerce
  • Excellent communication skills (internal and external, all levels)
     

Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Up-to-date with the latest digital communication trends and best practices in online marketing/CRM
  • Digital / Analytics diploma
