We are currently recruiting qualified candidates for the exciting position of DTC Lead focused on Colgate’s Filorga skin care brand.  This position will leverage and support market projections and growth goals, analyzing global data, while identifying and accelerating growth drivers. The DTC lead will also serve as a strong influencer and change catalyst for Colgate to leverage all DTC & Performance Marketing opportunities that are aligned with the business model and overall strategic direction. In this role, you will leverage learnings on the ground and use available data, industry insights to derive new learnings and distill these to create winning strategies. 


Specific position responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following areas:


  • Monitor and enhance online sales activity
    • Ensure User Experience of the website including Design & Aesthetics, Content, and Navigation, Branding / Marketing, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
    • Own and manage SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies
    • Manage, analyze and draw conclusions on specific ecommerce KPIs (conversion rate, bounce…)
    • Ensure that all ecommerce activity is consistent with the brand sense of purpose


  • Manage Competitive, market and best practices intelligence
    • Analyze digital role in the consumer path to purchase & consumer online searches
    • Stay up to date with market, consumers & competitors
    • Collect and connect working knowledge on the e-retailers


  • Achieve excellence through optimization and innovation
    • Create and maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, cross selling mechanisms, data ownership within ecommerce brands websites and e-retailers ones
    • Create synergies between inside and outside partners in marketing or digital activities
    • Drive Performance marketing and CRM initiatives 
    • Leverage local constraints and maturity in ecommerce activation
    • Drive Growth, Develop and implement creative solutions to drive and convert more visitors



Position Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree or higher level degree;
  • 6+ years business experience within eCommerce analytics, digital marketing, business development and/or digital commercial leadership;
  • In depth understanding of web design and web analytics;
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing and user experience that result in customer acquisition, retention and growth;
  • Ability to specify technical changes to Digital IT teams;
  • Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics, to perform CTR and conversion;
  • Confident, articulate communication abilities necessary for inspiring strong collaboration within an organization;
  • Strong background in managing and directing online websites, ideally in a similar industry;
