Scope:

We're looking for a Brand Design Manager to join our Global Design team. In this role, you'll help coordinate brand design efforts for some of our key global brands, working closely with the Head of Global Design&Experience. If you're an experienced brand design manager who understands the creative process well, communicates clearly, and has worked with global brands in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry, we encourage you to apply. You'll be important in making sure our brands look consistent, impactful, and aligned with our goals around the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the global design vision and strategies for CP Skin Health brands, ensuring business alignment and brand governance.

  • Provide leadership to internal and external teams for high-quality design execution.

  • Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Lead design for packaging, digital, retail, OOH,

  • and marketing communications.

  • Oversee external creative agencies and manage design projects from start to finish, including budget and contractor resources.

  • Stay informed on trends and foster strong cross-functional partnerships.

  • Present design strategies and influence organizational decisions.

  • Excellent project management and multi functional team collaboration skillsets. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field

  • 8+ years in brand, packaging, or visual communication design, ideally in beauty, skincare, fashion or CPG.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in CPG design across various touchpoints.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful global brand design strategies to life.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and GSuite, with strong understanding of design principles, print, and digital UX. Passion for AI learnings and willing to test new technologies to enhance creative process. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • MA in Graphic Design, Advertising, Communication Art and Design

  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills; strong collaborator with keen attention to detail.

  • Flexible, positive, and autonomous team player in a global setting.


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $120,000.00 - $157,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
