The Associate Director, Oral Care Insights will lead all oral care insights for North America, including the commissioning of studies, interpretation of results and application of the findings to the business. They will coach and train the Oral Care Insights team to develop and expand their skillset, and develop new competencies. As well as drive a people-centric centric approach within the North America organization through strategic and innovation priorities
What you will do:
- Oversee planning, analysis and insights activation of best-in-class strategic research to uncover foundational and groundbreaking knowledge around Oral Care business needs
- Develop broader views of the category and cohorts beyond projects to be an inculcator of knowledge
- Drive the creation of powerful insights to influence innovation and communication opportunities, business models, and emerging segments that will unlock category growth
- Promote experimentation and innovation in non-traditional insights generation approaches to uncover emerging human trends that drive better Oral Care category decision making
- Be the "Voice of the Human" that champions human, consumer, shopper, and customer Oral Care trends, attitudes and behaviors throughout the organization
- Elevate the performance and optimize impact of the Oral Care Insights team through proactive management, FEED principles and ongoing coaching and mentorship
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in research, ideally in CPG or with a focus on brand strategy, innovation and communication
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- Experience managing a team of 3+ Insights professionals
- Evident digital capabilities for research and strong experience with agile research platforms
- Strong foundational knowledge of research tools and techniques
- Drive to generate new initiatives and see them through to action
- Strong business-acumen
- Ability to manage through ambiguity
- Collaborative problem-solving
- Ability to challenge the status quo
- Ability to negotiate and influence

Salary Range $152,800 - $200,550 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
