Are you an MBA student considering a career in Brand or General Management? Join Colgate-Palmolive today! Over the course of our 10-Week 2026 Global Marketing Development Summer Associate Program, you will:
- Perform strategic project work while immersed in the day-to-day business
- Get hands-on experience in helping drive growth for the iconic brands that are found in more homes globally than any other brand worldwide
- Learn through a robust training program, interact with leadership and receive mentorship
- Potentially earn the opportunity to join our Full Time Rotational Program beginning Fall 2027 upon completion of your MBA

Upon completion of the 10-Week 2026 Summer Associate Program and your MBA, you may progress to joining the Full-Time Global Marketing Development Program which will begin Fall 2027. This 2-Year program will expose you to what is required to run a global business. The 2027 GMDP is structured as a 2-Year business exposure to build capabilities, develop from experiences, build networks, and stability within the organization:
Sales Rotation - 4 months based in one of several Sales Offices across the US
- Learn how our products are sold to retailers
- Develop your analytical and storytelling skills
- Analyze category, customer & shopper data to maximize commercial effectiveness
Global Marketing Rotation - 4 months in Foreign CPG Market or within NYC-based Global Marketing team
- Learn what it means to run a truly global business
- Interact with other Colgate people around the globe
- Build strategic thinking skills as you help manage global brand equities
Brand Rotation One - 8 months in the New York City office
- Gain hands-on experience in brand management and the 5Ps of marketing
- Involve in various aspects of the marketing process and operations
- Develop your analytical and storytelling skills
Brand Rotation Two - 8 months in the New York City office
- Project manage various initiatives
- Have an opportunity to identify growth opportunities
- Practice strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
Upon successful completion of the Full-Time 2-Year program, you will join one of our three core US Marketing teams: Oral Care, Home & Personal Care, or Consumer Growth & Experience. The cross-functional experience in the Global Marketing Development Program will give you the tools you’ll need to help manage one of our businesses and will set you on the path toward a management-level marketing career as well as a variety of other rewarding career options! Our practice of promoting from within and rotating brand assignments will further enhance your opportunities within our organization.

- You are a rapid, self-driven learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a constant thirst for knowledge with continuous curiosity
- You are a multitasker who can balance analytics, creativity, and strategic thinking while making quick progress in the rapidly changing business landscape

- You are passionate about Consumer Goods and have a ‘can-do’ attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves, experiment, act courageously and challenge the status quo.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited MBA program with intended graduation date between April - June 2027
- Minimum of 1-3 years prior related experience, with key involvement in business analysis and cross-functional project management
- Demonstrated leadership of large cross-functional team

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $105,840.00 - $123,480.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
