Overview: Colgate-Palmolive East Africa (LTD)  is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Finance Internship Program. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience through job rotations and project assignments. Successful candidates will be immersed in various facets of the finance department, developing critical skills and competencies that are essential for a career in finance.

 

Program Structure:

  • Gain experiential learning through job rotations in different finance functions.
  • Work on impactful projects that contribute to business objectives.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of financial operations within the company.

 

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Minimum of B.Com Honours Degree in:
    • Accounting Science
    • Financial Science
    • Taxation
    • Economics
    • Statistics
    • Data Science

Experience:

  • 0 - 2 years of working experience in a related field.

 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
