What role will you play as a member of the Colgate’s Information Technology team?

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Directory Security to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Active Directory Services Infrastructure support.

Key responsibility includes designing and supporting all the aspects of on-premises active directory services infrastructure.

Who are you…

You are a function expert -

• This position is for an Individual contributor working as a Directory Security.

• Solid grasp on Windows Powershell, Ability to build/work on scripts in Powershell.

You connect the dots -

• Understanding of security the best Standard Process for all types of for all Windows Operating systems.

You are a collaborator- 

• You will spearhead transformative initiatives that push the boundaries of what's possible with Active Directory and beyond. Your innovative approach will drive the evolution of our om-premises environment, from introducing innovative features to devising novel approaches for log analysis and security use cases.

• Your expertise and insights as an Active Directory will be instrumental in driving the success.

You are an innovator -

• Your ability to think with a security attitude and build use cases from a security perspective sets you apart as a true innovator.

What you’ll need…(Required)  

• Design and support all aspects of On-Premises Active Directory Services Infrastructure.

• Solid Grasp of Windows Server 2019 and 2022 Operating System

• Proficient of architecting and configuring Microsoft Windows OS technology including AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and OUs. Understanding of security the best Standard Process for all types of for all Windows Operating systems.

• Excellent hands-on knowledge in the following areas

• Active Directory Core Functions

• Candidate should be proficient in all aspects of On Premises design/support

• Must have experience in engaging in team exercises. Good interpersonal skills, Ability to handle high situations

What you’ll need…(Preferred):

• Demonstrable Experience in Active Directory
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required-BE-IT / B Tech / BSc 
• Licenses and Certifications: Windows Server Certification
