Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:
We are looking for an LLM-native builder to develop autonomous agentic products for our global Marketing and Sales teams. In this role, you will steer Large Language Models (LLMs) beyond simple chat, turning them into proactive "Agents" that can plan, reason, and execute multi-step tasks across our digital ecosystem. You will leverage low-code platforms for rapid agent orchestration while utilizing your full-stack depth to integrate these workflows into core business systems. Crucially, you will build the polished, custom React user interfaces that make these agentic workflows seamless and accessible for end-users.
Responsibilities:
-
Agentic System Design & Low-Code Orchestration: Build and deploy autonomous agents capable of Reasoning + Action (ReAct), utilizing low-code tools or frameworks to design complex chains and loops that maintain long-running state.
-
System Integration & API Glue-Code: Integrate low-code agent workflows deeply into our digital ecosystem by developing custom APIs, data pipelines, and database connections using Python or Node.js.
-
Frontend Productization & UI/UX Design: Architect and build intuitive, responsive user interfaces and dashboards using React to transform backend agent behaviors into polished, user-friendly applications.
-
Prompt Architecture & RAG Alignment: Design sophisticated system prompts, few-shot examples, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ground agents in proprietary business data.
-
Domain Deployment & Voice Compliance: Deploy agentic solutions across Marketing Automation (SEO, content generation) and Sales Intelligence, ensuring outputs rigorously adhere to "Brand Voice" and accuracy standards.
Required Qualifications:
-
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-
Experience: 4+Years of Engineering Experience with strong full-stack proficiency with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
-
Proven React Development: Demonstrated experience building production-ready frontends and UI/UX components using React to interact with dynamic backend systems or AI workflows.
-
Hands-on AI/LLM Expertise: Direct experience configuring and prompting frontier models (e.g., GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, Gemini) combined with a solid understanding of database retrieval structures.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Low-Code Agent Building: Proven track record of rapidly building, testing, and deploying autonomous agents or workflows within low-code AI orchestration platforms.
-
Agentic Frameworks & Techniques: Familiarity with concepts like Planning, Memory, and Tool-use, alongside advanced prompting methodologies (Chain-of-Thought, Tree-of-Thoughts).
-
The "Agent-First" Mindset: Ability to view LLMs as reasoning engines rather than search engines, balancing low-code delivery speed with high-code technical quality.
-
Marketing & Sales Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of marketing funnels, sales pipelines, and marketing automation frameworks (e.g., content generation, SEO automation, lead scoring, and social listening).
-
Performance Marketing Literacy (ACPL focus): Strong familiarity with key growth marketing and sales intelligence metrics, specifically ACPL, with the ability to build AI tools that directly impact and optimize these metrics.
-
Brand Voice & Compliance Evaluation: Ability to design evaluation frameworks (or guardrail prompts) ensuring that LLM/agent outputs perfectly align with target brand voices, compliance guidelines, and factual product data.
-
Communication & Stakeholder Alignment: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional AI products.
