The Experience:

What role will you play as a member of the Colgate’s Information Technology team?

• Should have good knowledge of sales & distribution module which includes sales order process, Delivery, Shipment & Shipment cost, Invoicing, Intercompany Invoices etc.
• Should have knowledge on Enterprise structure setup in SAP & should be able to do all configuration related to order to invoice process.
• Should have experience & Knowledge in SAP TM & EM Module (Transportation & Event Management) - CIF Integration, OTR & DTR scenarios, Tendering Process, Route Planning, Capacity Planning, Carrier selection, Transportation Planning & Scheduling etc..
• Experience in replenishment scenario setup for intercompany & intracompany process between 2 plants
• Should have experience & troubleshooting on EDI interface & different messages types used for outbound & inbound IDOC creation process to send between 2 SAP systems & 3PL related to Order to Invoice process.
• Should have worked on setup of output related to EDI, Print, mail process etc & setup condition records. Also should have the knowledge on how to design layouts & prepare functional specifications for development of output.
• Work closely with Business & IT Teams for implementing solutions or resolving support issues
• Regularly Track Progress and closure of issues
• Manage on-call and Monthly System maintenance 
• Understanding of SAP ABAP and basic level of debugging preferred
• Analyze repetitive issues and implement ways to reduce support tickets
• Become SME for one or more applications
• Meet SLAs setup by governance

Who are you…
 

You are a technical professional:

• Engineering graduate, BSc. computer science, BSc IT
• 3+ years of experience as SAP Sales & Distribution Module / Transportation Management Consultant in any reputed company
• Must have experience of E2E Implementation project experience 
• Certification in SD Module or Transportation Module will be good.
• Self-starter and be able to work under deadlines.
• Good communication skills and must be able to work in a team environment
• Good writing and documentation skills
• Other work requirements: Will be working in Shifts, On-call, and Monthly maintenance
• Strong oral & written communication skills
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify root cause
• Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies

Distinguishing characteristics:
 

• Knowledge on GATP (Global Available to promise) & interface between S4 Hana/ECC & APO system
   

You are a collaborator:
 

• Ability to independently connect with business to understand the requirement and recommend a suitable solution
• Must be a phenomenal teammate.
• Ability to function as support coordinator balancing resource loads, tracking SLA progress

What you’ll need…(Required)

• Should have experience working on Transportation Management Module

What you’ll need…(Preferred):

• SAP certification in Sales & Distribution module or Transportation Management
• Experience working on EDI interfaces & knowledge about different EDI messages in order to invoices process &  troubleshooting it.
