What role will you play as a member of Colgate's Information Technology team?
Manage the team that designs,develops & tests quality solutions on time and within budget. To collaborate with business teams / functional teams and IT counterparts for daily support incidents and project activities in different business areas across all geographies.

Ability to understand the requirements related to business problems and transform that into a solution design.

Who are you…

You are an IT Manager (DC LAN )


  • Understands and apply Cisco /Palo Alto / F5 LTM technology standards to daily support and project implementation activities
  • Manage the team that analyzes business requirements & prepare design to provide business solutions
  • Keep the Cisco /Palo Alto / F5 LTMup to date with right security patches and plan regular maintenance to keep them up and running 
  • Prepare detailed network specifications, including diagrams, equipment configurations with defined standards
  • Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems related to Datacenter LAN and Firewalls
  • Monitor and analyze network performance and data input/output reports to detect problems
  • Review configurations configurations and suggest correction in case of any errors
  • Maintain production network reliability through correct utilization of IT standards and governance processes
  • Manage,coach and mentor team members for effective delivery meeting their career aspiration / developmental needs

  • Support day to day business requirements according to global SLA
  • Ensure the proper use of information technology project management methodology to comply with governance practices
  • You are a collaborator - 
  • Collaborate with business / functional team, develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, network testing and implementation of project
  • Mentor and coach junior network resources


You are an innovator - 


  • Conduct performance tuning to improve network performance over multiple business processes
  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancement. Adapt to these changes by self-training and research work and evaluate how / where it can add value to the business
  • Implement automation to reduce manual tasks and human errors


What you’ll need…(Required)


  • Engineering Graduate with 7+ years of experience
  • 7+ years of experience in networking principles like routing,switching,firewalls & F5 load balancers
  • 5+ years of experience in security fundamentals for technologies like Cisco anyconnect /Palo Alto Firewall / F5 LTM technologies 
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership role and people management.
  • Professional certification as CCNP
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically 
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify root cause
  • Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies
  • People management 


What you’ll need…(Preferred)


  • Certification on Cisco switching & routing, Palo Alto Firewalls
  • GCP Certified Network Engineer
