Who are you…

 

You are an Analyst - 

 

  • Resolve Level 1 & 2 Ariba Ticket queries within the defined SLA in the Colgate Palmolive Request System (CPRS) 

  • Completing vendor enablement tickets

  • Supervise PO replication errors from SRM to SAP and accurate any issues

  • Execute procurement operations activities that support the IP Procurement organization.

  • Work on reports and ad-hocs projects/tasks.

 

You connect the dots -

 

  • Review SC purchase requisition requirements and work efficiently with requesters and Indirect Procurement to fulfill the requisition in the form of a Purchase Order

  • Completion of supplier onboarding request  within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs.) by following the location wise vendor script.

  • Escalate issues to SG 10 or 11  before proceeding with SR  tickets

 

You are a collaborator -

 

  • Review and timely resolution of all audit queries.
  • Review the SOP periodically and recommend vital changes as and when needed in consultation with relevant collaborators.

 

You are an innovator -

 

  • Participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives.

 

What experience and knowledge will you bring?

 

  • Any graduate with minimum 1 year of experience

  • Minimum 6 months - 1 year of exp in Ariba

  • Minimum 6 months  - 1 year of exp in vendor management

  • SAP experience desired.

  • Good communication

  • Solid grasp of MS Office/Google applications
