We have an exciting opening with our Corporate Secretarial team which involves


  • Working with different partners within and outside the business to identify and implement key opportunities for the business to meet regulatory compliance goals.
  • Collaborating closely with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, the Reserve Bank of India, Securities and Exchange Board of India, and other statutory authorities.
  • Supporting compliance with all statutory requirements and working with internal and external agencies to carry out legal compliance audits.
  • Effective Coordination with RTA and Depositories on various occasions
  • Drafting and preparation of Board and Committee Agenda / Minutes and Circular Resolutions
  • Drafting of Annual and other reports
  • Drafting of SOPs, manuals and policies
  • Maintaining and timely updating of the Statutory Registers, records
  • Organising the General Meetings (Virtual as well as physical)
  • End to end processing of Dividend Payments
  • Drafting and sending out various communications to the shareholders
  • Processing of IEPF claims
  • Managing the Shareholders/Investor grievances and litigation cases
  • Updating of company website
  • Managing the Compliances around SEBI Takeover regulations and Insider trading requirements
  • Managing and filing the Quarterly/half yearly/Yearly / event based stock exchange compliances
  • Form filings - event based and Annual with Ministry of Corporate Affairs / Registrar of Companies
  • Providing support and completing on time the Secretarial / Statutory and Internal audits
  • Effective Records Management and Database creation
  • Displaying Good Governance practices
  • Bring in process efficiencies and improvements
  • Bring in digital initiatives within the secretarial space
  • Keep yourself and team updated about the changes in the regulations / laws
  • Any other projects / activities assigned.


Required (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, etc)

  • At least 5+ years of company secretarial experience with a listed entity
  • Proficient with SEBI Listing/ Insider Trading
  • Proficient with MCA E-Filing / IEPF / Dividend payout / RBI filings and other secretarial functions covering Corporate Laws
  • LLB Qualification (highly preferred)
  • Maturity to work in a highly matrixed environment
  • Well versed with MCA E-Filing / IEPF / Dividend payout / RBI filings and other secretarial functions covering Corporate Laws
