What role will you play as a member of the Colgate’s Information Technology team?

 

Design, develop and test to create quality solutions on time and within budget. To collaborate with business teams / functional teams and IT counterparts for daily support incidents and project activities in different business areas across all geographies.Ability to understand the requirements related to business problems and transform that into a solution design.

 

Who are you…

 

  • End User Computing MDM System Administrator is accountable for ensuring the effective operation of the End User Mobile Computing MDM System environment through administration of the global End User Computing MDM System infrastructure - Android, IOS, macOS etc
  • Able to provision the applications required for business purposes.
  • Needs to ensure the security compliance of Colgate’s Mobiles devices
  • In addition candidate is also responsible for the resolution of the production incidents

  • Support day to day business requirements according to global SLA
  • Ensure the proper use of information technology project management methodology to comply with governance practices

 

You are a collaborator -

 

  • Collaborate with business / functional team, develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation of project
  • Mentor and coach junior developer resources

 

You are an innovator -

 

  • Conduct performance tuning to improve system performance over multiple business processes
  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancement. Adapt to these changes by self-training and research work and evaluate how / where it can add value to the business

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Any Graduate, B.E is preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in core End User Computing MDM (Workspace One /Intune / Airwatch, Jamf etc)
  • Must have 2+ years of experience on Mobile / Tablet devices configuration and application management through VMware AirWatch / Workspace/Intune/Apple DEP, Samsung Knox
  • Should be a good communicator to be able to coordinate with different partners
  • Good writing and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of different problem solving and troubleshooting techniques

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Configuration of MDM Enrolment all the mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Windows,MacOS)
  • Endpoint Management MDM Systems
  • Should be experienced in new technologies like Scripting, Troubleshooting of IOS, Android End User Computing Issues
  • Should be ready to tackle additional challenges in the Workspace One, Intune, Active Directory area and work throughout the projects/ tasks
  • Ability to plan, document, install and successfully implement complex server software across heterogeneous server and networking environments
  • Proven track record with projects and deploying new technology
  • End User Computing Technology Expertise - VMWare Workspace One
