The Experience 

In today's dynamic technology environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the information technology team at Colgate. Our highly technical and innovative team is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate Palmolive in this ever-changing landscape. 

What role will you play as a member of Colgate's Information Technology team? 

The candidate is responsible for business facing to gather the business requirement, design, develop and implement Order to Billing processes for the Digital commerce related order types. The role requires the person to execute project related activities, and as a product to provide ongoing enhancement and support to  ensure the smooth execution of critical business processes. 

The person will be required to collaborate with business teams / technical teams and IT counterparts for project activities in different business areas across all geographies.

Ability to understand the requirements related to business problems and transform that into a solution design.

Who are you... 

You are a functional expert: 

• Deep understanding of different applications of order acquisition, order management, order fulfillment and Invoices stages of order to invoice process

• Experience in designing and configuration set-up of end-to-end Sales Order to Invoice process, Pricing, Free goods, Listing & Exclusion, Material Substitution, etc is mandatory

• Experience in handling integrated process like APO, gATP, MM, Finance and EDI integrations

• Manage and/or perform the design, testing and applications of SAP systems configuration in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements and global standards.

• Document detailed specifications of configuration design, test and training programs

• Lead and coordinate Project Implementation across the division

• Collaborate with other GIT and external partners to deliver business requirements

• Build and maintain positive relationships with GIT Peers, Business partners, customers and external resources

• Maintain Production Systems reliability and Governance processes

• Deliver solutions to solve business requirements considering priorities and resources available

• Ensure the proper use of Information Technology project management GIT 5 project management methodology to comply with Information Technology governance practices.

● Ability to independently connect with business to understand the requirement and recommend a suitable solution 

What you'll need...(Required) 

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in designing and configuration set-up of end-to-end Sales Order to Invoice process, Pricing, Free goods, Listing & Exclusion, Material Substitution, etc is mandatory

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or related subject required

• Functional Knowledge of Order to Invoice flow and processe

What you’ll need …(Preferred) 

• Working experience for the eCommerce related Order to cash cycle.

• Participation in at least  one full life cycle implementation 

• Knowledge in SQL,  ABAP debugging
