Position Summary:

Become an integral member of the FP&A team at Colgate India, where you will be the financial steward for the Toothbrush and Personal Care business. This role demands a strong ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders, translating financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Developing and driving strategic pricing decisions to enhance profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Conducting thorough evaluations of promotional activities, including ROI analysis, to optimize marketing effectiveness; ensuring we do what is right for the business.
  • Taking ownership of the profitability management for Toothbrush and Personal Care brands.
  • Be the key business partner for Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain, providing financial guidance and support.
  • Leading the forecasting process in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate and insightful P&L forecasts, measuring actual delivery against those forecasts.
  • Overseeing the monthly closing process and the preparation of insightful management reports, including the tracking of key performance indicators.
  • Delivering in-depth analysis of business performance as a critical component of the monthly reporting cycle.
  • Managing the budgeting and forecasting process for Toothbrush and Personal care.
  • Creating comprehensive reports on the performance of new product innovations.
  • Participating in automation and digitization projects within the Finance function to improve efficiency and accuracy.



Qualifications:
 

  • CA with minimum 4-5  years of experience
  • Strong understanding of business and FP&A background (must)
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, or similar systems.
