Brief introduction - 

  • Building and Architecting Technology Solutions using different technologies vi. SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, CPI and GCP

  • Partnering with Functional and Business Experts and delivering scalable solutions

  • Delivering Projects in an Agile way and Support existing applications

Responsibilities -

  • Deliver day to day application support

  • Architect Technology Solutions for new implementations

  • Manage & perform the design, configuration & testing of applications based in Outsystems, ABAP, CPI, BTP, GCP, Salesforce

  • Maintain standards of system performance & reliability by following procedures, analyzing root causes & continuous improvement

  • Adhere to global governance, project steps & documentation

  • Ability to independently connect with business to understand the requirement and recommend a suitable solution

  • Ability to design technical specifications for developers for specific custom developments and integrations to 3rd party applications

  • Leverage AI in solving business problems and bring efficiency in IT and Core Business Processes

  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and changes in the world of SAP development and other technologies. Adapt to these changes by self-training and research work

  • Mentor and coach junior developer resources as needed

Required  Qualifications -

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science) with 8+ years of experience

  • In depth knowledge of multiple development tools and GCP

  • Programming skills 

  • Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications -

  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
