To support Global Revenue Management via analytical based recommendations that are translated into business results. Person will have to support functions across the organization to drive growth through innovative solutions. Good experience in applying a variety of data mining methods, statistical models and tools. Must be detail-oriented, problem solver, collaborative and proactive to partner needs. Also, need to manage relationships independently to drive projects such as Price Promotion, Marketing Mix and Forecasting.



  • Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization
  • Own PnP, Marketing Mix, Forecasting study from prioritisation to delivery
  • To develop end to end business solutions from data mining to statistical modeling
  • Study large amount of data to discover trends and patterns
  • Mine data through various technologies like BigQuery and SQL
  • Present insights in easy to interpret way to the business teams
  • Develop visualization (tableau, data studio) using large datasets
  • Ready to work closely with business partners across geographies
  • Deliver training to junior team members on the upcoming solutions such as PnP, MMM and forecasting
  • Build a knowledge repository and benchmarking exercise.


Must Haves

  • Analyze syndicated and non-syndicated data to build analytical model and provide insights to support the RGM levers
  • Demonstrate findings from these analyses to build strategic recommendations for Pricing and Promotion in line with the Brand’s objective
  • Articulate pricing, promo relationships and data in a visually clear, concise manner that is easy to understand
  • Analysis of non promo, promo, EDLP by different channel and geography to generate insights as how it will affect consumers and customers
  • Ability to synthesize analytical results with internal data to create a scenario to support P&L
  • Experience of Offtake and POS data


Good to Have

  • Experience with third-party data i.e., syndicated market data, Point of Sales, etc.
  • Working knowledge of consumer packaged goods industry
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
  • Experience visualizing/presenting data for partners using: Periscope, Business Objects, D3, ggplot, etc
  • Willingness and ability to experiment with new tools and techniques
  • Good facilitation and project management skills
  • Ability to maintain personal composure and thoughtfully handle difficult situations.
  • Knowledge of Google products (BigQuery, data studio, coda, colab etc)


Experience and Education

  • 3+ years of experience in managing Price-and-Promo studies
  • Strong knowledge of Statistical models
  • Hands on experience on R, Python, SQL
  • Bachelors in Economics/Maths/Stats and/or Masters in Statistics, Marketing, Finance
