Who are you…

 

An Associate Team Lead is a position that often serves as an extension the team members and the higher management. This role typically involves supervising and guiding a team, ensuring that projects and tasks are completed efficiently and optimally, and that the team is functioning well with some service delivery responsibilities of assigned subsidiary


You are an Analyst :

 

  • Prepare MIS for meeting management requirements
  • Post Monthly Close entries 
  • Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts, Bank accounts and follow up on open items
  • Ensure that all the accounting is in compliance with the US GAAPs
  • Ensure the effective controls are maintained to achieve high accuracy as per the internal company guidelines
  • Execute intercompany transactions
  • Perform cash application and Netting process for ICO customers/ICO Vendors
  • Ensure accurate working and posting of Rule based journal entries
  • Perform the entire range of activities pertaining to closing books of accounts 
  • Engage with local teams and regional team to stay aligned on all the processes, resolve issues on timely basis
  • Undertake assessment cycles for flawless movement from FI to PA module at month end
  • Perform all accounting activities as per the defined SOPs
  • Review the SOP periodically and recommend necessary changes as and when needed in consultation with relevant stakeholders
  • Perform all the compliances as per SOX guidelines
  • Ensure prompt response to queries of local business/regional team

  • Resolve all discrepancies arising out of review timely
  • Oversee timely closing of books of accounts and passing of all entries
  • Anticipate month end closing process to ensure smooth and efficient closing process
  • Ensure preparation of all statutory reports and compliances
  • Ensure audits are conducted with minimal queries
  • Ensure all SOBPs are updated on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure adequate controls over the process are maintained


You are a collaborator ;
 

  • Review MIS and financial statements preparation as per the relevant accounting standards
  • Review SOX compliance on monthly basis and ensure documentation
  • Review dashboard and drive service delivery performance KPIs
  • On job operational guidance to team
  • Perform the functional onboarding of team members
  • Review of team performance and provide relevant feedback
  • Discover training needs of team and coach accordingly
  • Identify and train team members to create knowledge back ups
  • Assist the Team Lead in being responsible for the daily operations of the team.
  • Help in setting goals and objectives for the team, and ensure that they are achieved.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Coach and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback and encouraging professional growth.
  • Assist in managing project schedules, resources, and deadlines.
  • Ensure that team members have the vital tools and resources to perform their duties.
  • Help resolve issues and conflicts within the team.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and other departments.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and training of new team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Step in to perform tasks of team members as needed to ensure project success.
  • Participate in performance evaluation processes.
  • Provide regular reports to management on team performance and project progress.
