Purpose & Accountabilities:

To execute the global EHS and product sustainability  strategy.  This includes maintaining  compliance of products in selling countries, fulfilling requirements of retailers/ customers , supporting ingredient transparency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SDS creation  processes, roles and responsibilities 
• Maintain strong relations with the global sustainability team 
• Strong knowledge on regulations related to SDS and its adjacencies
• Demonstrate strong knowledge on Colgate palmolive's Raw Materials and products
• Maintain and develop documentation for all the roles and responsibilities
• Interact with toxicologists in case of challenges in ingredient classification. Share the agreed outcome with Global teams
• Minimize the gaps in the processes and implement the improvements
• Manage the process with a strong tracking mechanism and build a quality control around all the deliveries

Minimum Required Education, Experience:

• Master of Science (Chemistry / Pharma / Bio-chemistry / Chemistry related discipline)  
• 4-5 Years of Experience in SDS Process with minimum 1 year in leading a team.
