Title: Analyst, CBS Compensation
Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:

Function as a core contributor within the CBS Compensation group, overseeing and executing total rewards procedures.

Directly administer incentive and base pay cycles across designated regional markets in Africa or APAC.

Ensure the integrity and upkeep of critical compensation data to facilitate seamless operational workflows.

Partner closely with cross-functional leads and establish routine touchpoints to deliver progress updates and optimize performance.

Identify opportunities for system enhancements while maintaining alignment with organizational standards.
Responsibilities:
-
Oversee the timely management of salary and bonus cycles for specific regions, adhering to SLA targets and candidate experience standards.

Administer lateral moves, promotions, bonus computations, and the generation of compensation offer letters.

Maintain continuous engagement with Business HR and Compensation COHRE to ensure strategic and operational alignment.

Execute and document compensation data updates within HR systems, ensuring all entries are supported by appropriate records.

Audit all finalized transactions to verify policy compliance, data integrity, and overall accuracy.

Investigate and resolve compensation-related queries or discrepancies escalated within CBS HR.

Develop incentive plan models and comprehensive reports for Compensation COHRE review and approval.

Review annual salary reviews, market adjustments, and structure changes to confirm they meet established corporate guidelines.

Coordinate the submission of industry compensation surveys and support the upkeep of HR tech platforms like SuccessFactors.
Required Qualifications:
-
Hold a Bachelor's degree
-
Possess 1-3 years of professional experience in Human Resources
-
Demonstrate at least 2 years of specialization in Compensation management
-
Maintain a solid understanding of fundamental HR operational processes

Good Excel knowledge
-
Strong Communication skill
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules and SAP
-
Advanced-level Excel proficiency combined with an ability to leverage AI tools
