Join our team in Morristown, TN as a Training Coordinator!

 

The primary function will be to manage all training needs and requirements for Operations and Human Resources. This includes maintaining, controlling and auditing training materials required for company and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Area Leaders ensuring new hires and technicians certification documents are updated and/or completed in a timely fashion.
  • Being the site LMS Administrator for HR, and supporting other site administrators in order to assure and maintain training materials updated in the Learning Management System for the facility.
  • Drive support of FP&R People Capabilities standards and initiatives, particularly On Boarding, Learning Plans and Skills Gap Assessment.
  • Build an annual demand planning training calendar & budget for all trainings including the global ones as VCP OGP, Code of Conduct, VCP LIA, OE Coaching & Feedback for Shop Floor.
  • Work in conjunction with Global Learning teams to ensure uniformity and best practices are followed, including training logistics.
  • Continuously improve & manage onboarding & training schedule for New Hires. Maintain the local training process tool updated for Operations.
  • Responsible for the logistics of other events at the Plant such as MYR, Cost of Sales.
  • Provide regular reports on training progress to key company personnel and help determine training needs.
  • Build and maintain SOP/SWIS training, and incorporating SpeachMe in training when appropriate.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Practical knowledge of site wide documentation system management.
  • Knowledge in FP&R, PSM, HR training regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
