The job:

 

Hello is currently seeking an experienced brand innovation manager for our amazing marketing team. This marketer will join a fun, passionate, mighty team to help bring awesome, disruptive and friendly innovation to life across both oral and personal care categories. 

As a leader of your category innovation pillar, you will:

 

- Imagine the Future: Support in the development of a purposeful innovation strategy and detailed 3-year calendar that fully lives into Hello’s unique and awesome brand.

 

- Bring Innovation Projects to Life: Actively lead end-to-end brand innovation development, with the ability to take an abstract territory / kernel of an idea, conceptualize, pressure test it, and bring it to life; you will be leading the development of all aspects of the marketing mix, all while managing a cross-functional team to ensure delivery against brand growth and sustainability objectives:

- Articulate concepts which have true consumer purpose, ensuring a seamless UX.

- Deliver thoughtful product development briefs with clear marketing / business objectives, competitive context, cog targets, forecasts, unit P&Ls, and business case.

- Identify winning claims and ensure sensory/clinical testing is conducted.

- Proactively spearhead consumer and market research.

 

- Use Your Great Business Acumen: to quickly synthesize and deliver insightful analysis to drive decision-making; develop P&Ls, detailed pricing analyses / pricing ladders, possess interest in exploring new business models, etc.

 

- Connect the Dots: you are comfortable rolling up your sleeves, being flexible and can thrive in a fast pace environment, always keeping hello at center of all things awesome.

 

- Be A Collaborative Leader: leads cross-functional teams with an optimistic, productive can-do mindset across.

 

- Demonstrate Curiosity and Passion: consumer-obsessed with an interest in sustainability, design, and/or health / wellness and a desire to challenge the status quo and defy category norms – all in a friendly way.

 

What you’ll need:

 

Bachelor’s degree.

3+ years of brand innovation / product marketing experience either in CPG and/or Beauty.

You are nimble, agile, and scrappy – and thrive in fast-paced environments!

You have a track record of exciting product launches!
