Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Head of Insights/Analytics, Africa Eurasia, on developing the Africa Eurasia PCP/HC Insights’ team talents and capabilities on people obsession, digital/analytics and agility/experimentation

Leads Insights and implementation of relevant research programs to answer business questions across all PCP/HC brands

Sets the PCP/HC learning agenda, manages design and implementation of comprehensive consumer research programs to develop marketing strategies, new products and compelling brand and product communication

Guides the team in prioritizing and conducting of research to answer questions that originate from their local Marketing teams and manage communication (before and after research is conducted, with internal partners) within budget and in a timely manner

Proactively crafts thought-provoking presentations and meta learnings that help advise teams in the Africa Eurasia Division about relevant trends in PCP/HC or help educate stakeholders about topics of interest

Helps persuade and influence internal teams and the customer to a different perspective through use of compelling insights and analytics that influence business decisions

Develops and maintains positive relationships with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Customer Development, Human Resources, Finance and the advertising agency, as well as key stakeholders in Senior Management

Collaborates with marketing partners to build oral care category strategies that are driven by consumer insight

Working with division IBE leader and global digital teams to build roadmap, data strategy and building blocks that are required to advance digital measurement capabilities across channels and platforms

Guiding the tools, processes and methods vital and embed capability inside the organization
Require Qualifications:

A Bachelor Degree in Business administration, Marketing, Post Graduate Qualification would be advantageous

Minimum 10 years of experience in Insights role and in a leading role; preferably with a Multinational FMCG company

Exposure of other markets would be preferred

People-Centric Brand Performance: Focus on consumer insights to develop and implement strategies that align with consumer needs and brand objectives. Champion a customer-centric approach to ensure brand relevance and growth.

Discovery and Foresight Activities: Use foresight techniques to identify innovation opportunities and guide strategic planning, aligning with long-term vision and market trends.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Partnership: Build and nurture intentional partnerships across diverse teams within the organization. Leverage these relationships to influence and drive data-driven business decisions.

Agility with undefined objectives and responsibilities, ability to devise an effective solution in unstructured situations

Good understanding of the CPG industry and retail environment.

Previous experience in CPG Insights positions is a plus
