Key Responsibilities:

  • Feedback on low case fill on orders - Under 96% case fill.
  • Order radar needs to be updated daily and be current: i.e. Review lead time, orders that did not interface to the warehouse, clear backdated orders and expiration of orders older than 30 day.
  • Follow up with the team on a daily basis regarding pricing issues and customers that are over credit limit.
  • Escalate non compliance to managers(s) and the commercial team.
  • Confirm that all orders that have been released, have transmitted to the warehouse on a regular basis using the radar report.
  • Communicating to customers that orders have been received, while sharing delivery dates and reference numbers as soon as it is processed.
  • Ensuring that there are no duplicates orders daily.
  • Keeping special deliveries to a minimum by investigating the reasons for the special deliveries, trying to avoid recurrence and by negotiating with the warehouse before requesting specials, in accordance with the special delivery guidelines.
  • Informing the Customer Collaboration Manager whenever there is a return / refusal again.
  • Catalogue alignment and management. Substituting SKU codes and using the correct reason codes when cutting orders. Monthly PIPO file to be used as a reference for NDPs/Slobs/Discontinued SKUs.

Required Qualifications -

  • National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar environment
  • SAP R3 order management experience is essential.
  • Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Excellent business presentation ability and a skilled communicator.
