Scope Of Responsibility: 


-  The Demand Fulfillment Planner is responsible for the daily interaction between the Subsidiary demand planning and the CBS SNP organizations to achieve Customer Service targets and Inventory objectives. 

-  This position requires the daily communication and prioritization of the Sub alerts to avoid OOS and lost sales whilst optimizing the Hub/Sub inventories.

-   The Demand Fulfillment Planner also represents the Sub in the weekly/ monthly disciplines/ calls between DP/ CBS SNP.

-   The Demand Fulfillment Planner also has full responsibility for SLOB and Simplification management processes for the subsidiary.

 

Main Responsibilities:


-  Daily alert prioritization and communication of the alerts/ priorities to avoid Out Of Stocks and Inventory excess. 

-  The Demand Fulfillment Planner will create a priority list for the subsidiary and communicate a consolidated priority list to the SNP Planner

-  Understand Commercial activities and goals

-  Determine the required reservations, allocations, and quotas within the subsidiary CD

-  Work with SNP and Demand Planning to identify potential stock availability issues

-  Develop plans to mitigate Mid Term- Long term stock-outs, ensure they are profit-enhancing & work with CBS SNP & Commercial Teams

-  Life Cycle Management (NPI / Short term discontinuation/Substitutions/Transitions)

-  Owns and coordinates the Slow Moving and Obsolete stock management process, SLOB clearance, and destructions for the Hub in collaboration with Sub Demand Planning and Customer Development.

-  FG Playbook results from review and alignment with division and CBS

-  Support the SKU management process, inclusive of SKU simplification processes and management.

-  Manage the co-packing administration and processes within the subsidiary.

-  Key interfaces are Supply Network Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Development Teams (CDTs), Customer and Consumer Marketing, and Finance.


Required Qualifications:

-  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration 

-  MS or MBA is a plus 

-  3 years experience of in Finance/Planning in Consumer Goods or Manufacturing
