Our brand is grounded on three core pillars: product innovation, excellence in education and unparalleled customer support.  PCA SKIN is the innovator of the modified and enhanced Jessner’s peel and over the past decades our line of blended chemical peels has expanded to include treatment options for all skin types, ethnicities and conditions. Over one million PCA SKIN peels are performed globally each year.

Those 3 brands are now growing in Canada and in Latin America and we are looking for an Regional Clinical Educator to join our small but highly dynamic team in Miami.
 
What You’ll Do:

• Deliver training to: Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Aestheticians, RNs, PAs and industry related support staff
• Travel to and/or facilitate virtually to conduct customized informative experiences 
• Work with assigned territory Sales Regional Managers and Business Development Representatives to accomplish specific business development goals for each account through education
• Effectively communicate cross-functionally pre and post-seminar, on weekly conference calls, etc. 
• Deliver outstanding educational experiences while creating the ideal adult learning environment that will prepare prospects, new and existing customers for financial success
• Mentor and develop licensed skin health professionals
• Lead learner follow-up and related communication
• Demonstrate PCA SKIN® and EltaMD® treatment protocols by facilitating hands-on practice in a classroom and/or clinical setting
• Adapt quickly to unique learning styles in diverse environments
• Demonstrate integrity at all times 
• Book travel, respecting guidelines, timelines and budget 
• Participate in weekly/monthly team meetings and trainings
• This is a heavy travel role, including some nights and weekend

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 years old 
• Licensed aesthetician, nurse or medical professional for a minimum of 5 years with a license in good standing
• Valid driver's license, passport and have no travel limitations
• You have the ability to travel short and long distances for extended periods of time including nights and weekends
• You are reliable, credible and responsible with excellent attendance and punctuality
• You consistently meet or exceed defined goals and expectations
• You have prior training, facilitation and/or public speaking experience and have excellent presentation skills
• You have above average knowledge in skin health, skin conditions and are familiar with advanced modalities and treatments as well as treating all skin types, conditions and Fitzpatrick’s.
• Outstanding knowledge of skin disease pathways, ingredient benefits/mechanism of action, and formulations as a whole 
• Experience with aesthetic medical devices (ie, IPL, LED, dermaplaning, microneedling, non-ablative and ablative lasers, etc)
• You have at least 5 years of hands-on practice and at least 2 years experience in dedicated educator role (skincare related education delivered to aesthetic and medical practices preferred)
• You are an excellent communicator
• Experience with technology (ie, Zoom, Google Suite, Powerpoint, Social Media etc)

Preferred Qualifications

•  Proficiency in other languages besides English is a plus
• You live in relative proximity to an International airport
• You are a PCA SKIN® Certified Professional

Salary Range $64,000 - $92,400 USD 

Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
