Discover Your Purpose: Role Summary
The General Services & Travel Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of business travel operations within the company. The primary objective is to ensure that corporate travel is highly efficient, cost-effective, safe, and fully compliant with local and global policies. In this role, you will drive the adoption of modern travel technologies and closely collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide an exceptional self-service experience.
Your Impact: Responsibilities
- Design and implement the corporate travel policy for the Mexico subsidiary, ensuring full alignment with global guidelines.
- Oversee the correct utilization of the Online Booking Tool (OBT) and maintain direct, strategic contact with authorized travel agency partners.
- Manage daily operational travel costs and actively optimize the company's budget allocation.
- Analyze operational data to establish continuous improvement strategies for future travel and strengthen internal client engagement.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies to streamline administrative, operational, and general travel service processes.
- Train and guide internal stakeholders on travel policies to foster self-service autonomy for flight and lodging reservations.
Skills That Make Us Smile: Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate travel management or a similar administrative role.
- Basic-Intermediate English level.

- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to maintain conversational and professional dialogues.
- Functional knowledge of travel database management and Online Booking Tools (OBTs), such as Concur.
- Professional certification in corporate travel management.
